Reservations & Bookings

All reservations must be confirmed by our team via phone, email, or written confirmation.

Quotes provided through the website or phone are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on changes in trip details, wait time, additional stops, or special requests.

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or policy reasons.

Payments

Payment may be required in advance for certain bookings, including long-distance transportation, special events, and corporate reservations.

We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

Charges may include:
• Base fare
• Tolls
• Parking fees
• Waiting time
• Additional stops
• Holiday or peak service fees (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel within the following timeframes:

• Airport Transfers: Minimum 12 hours notice
• Standard Reservations: Minimum 12 hours notice
• Hourly / As-Directed Services: 24 hours notice
• Special Events & Weddings: 72 hours notice
• Long-Distance Trips: 24 hours notice

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.

Waiting Time Policy

Airport pickups include complimentary wait time:

• Domestic flights: up to 45 minutes
• International flights: up to 60 minutes

Additional waiting time may be billed.

For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes applies.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:
• Treat vehicles and chauffeurs respectfully
• Follow all safety regulations
• Avoid smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior in vehicles

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during service.

Safety & Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
• Passenger behavior is unsafe or abusive
• Safety regulations are not followed
• Service conditions become unsafe

Limitation of Liability

A2Z Limo Services is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Road closures
• Flight delays or airline changes
• Events outside our control

We always strive to plan routes and schedules to minimize delays.
